Woodside a donné des nouvelles sur l’avancement des travaux et de ses dépenses de Sangomar pour la production du pétrole sénégalais.
Meg O'Neil, CEO of Woodside, the majority owner and operator of the Sangomar oil project, has announced that production will begin in late 2023.
« Dans l’ensemble, le projet est achevé à 77 % et on devrait commencer à produire du pétrole en fin 2023 ».

For this oil project, Woodside also reveals that it spent, during the year 2022, the sum of 1.017 billion $ or 613.8 billion FCFA.
The oil company, which holds an 82% stake in Senegal's largest oil project, adds that seven of the 23 wells are completed.
