Angola: Petro Services wins offshore umbilical repair project

Petro Services and its main subcontractor, Ocean Installer, have announced that they have been awarded a contract by TotalEnergies EP Angola and its partners on Block 17, to carry out an umbilical recovery and reinstallation project on the Pazflor FPSO.

This is Ocean Installer's second participation in TotalEnergies EP Angola projects this year, while Petro Services has other long-term contracts with TotalEnergies in Angola.

Petro Services will be in charge of project management activities and will execute in-country support operations.

As part of this fast-track umbilical repair project, to be carried out later this year, Ocean Installer's in-house project management and engineering expertise will come into play. As main subcontractor, they will be responsible for the recovery and reinstallation of the production-critical umbilical, as well as all necessary surface operations.
